"no printer found" error : known issue ?

Hi all,

 

I browsed through the forum and found many posts related to the awt "no printer found." problem.

 

I also encounter such an issue, irregularly. Currently, we print about 5'000 to 9'000 documents per day. I happens rarely, but it occurs sometimes.

 

Is this a "known issue" ?

 

I read something about jdk version ; as we use Jrockit 1.4.2_08, I don't think this is the issue.
