2005 IR Help
By: quolo - quolo Connection error: SQL Server 2000 2005-03-28 12:27 I'm brand new to iReport and know very little about what I'm doing. I've got a MS SQL Server 2000 db on a server I'm trying to connect to. I can sucessfully connect and query the database with the MS SQL Query Analyzer tool, however I am receiving an error connecting to the same database with the same user from iReport and a different computer. The error I receive is: SQL Problems: [Microsoft][sqlServer 2000 Driver for JDBC][sqlServer][Login failed for user "jwine".Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://192.168.13.200:1433;Databasename=FILEANDPROPHET/PROPHETSQL I have Windows and SQL Authentication selected in my database, and am using iReport 0.4.1. By: quolo - quolo RE: Connection error: SQL Server 2000 2005-03-28 19:02 Still struggling with this. Interestingly, I installed the SQL Server 2000 Client Tools and was able to succesfully connect to the database with the query analyzer. Still get that "Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection" error.
