Preis - poscar iReport on Mac OS X 2005-02-23 11:54 Hi all, How can I run iReport on a Mac with OS X 10.3.8 Sorry if this question was asked allready. Thanks for your help Oscar By: Giulio Toffoli - gt78 RE: iReport on Mac OS X 2005-02-24 15:19 I don't have a Mac. Try to ask to jEdit users that use a Mac. jEdit is a very popular java application. They can help you. Giulio By: Gary Nunes - gary_nunes RE: iReport on Mac OS X 2005-03-23 14:57 Oscar, I've been using iReport for quite a while on the Mac without problems. There's an old post regarding that at https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2630181 It talks about how to install iReport. It's a little out of date but may still be helpful (the main thing to note is the information about tools.jar). Also note that the resizing and right-click problems discussed in that post have since been fixed so you don't need to worry about them. I'm currently running an older version of iReport (0.4.0) but, hopefully the latest version will install/work similiarly. Once installed I run iReport as follows: 1) open Terminal application 2) change directory to iReport installation location subdirectory that contains the build.xml Ant script in it 3) execute the command: ant iReport 4) if all's well iReport should run If you need any more help, let me know.
