I thought that it would work by making the detail band overflow. This did not work, so then I tried to use a subreport. iReport could not see my subreport even though I followed the example in the manual. I am not using grouping as they are images. I would like to split the detail band but there does not seem to be a straightforward way of doing this without using groups. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks!
