john.meyung Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 No errors in the installation log (v5.5 on Windows 8 - installed as admin) but can't do anything except browse the repository once logged in as jasperadmin. Can't Manage Users, Roles or Server Settings. Can't select any of the View dropdown options. The list of reports displays in hte Library view but nothing happens if I double click or try to export the reports. The directories tree displays in the home view but there are no resources in any of the folders. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
