Cannot export to excel

Hello,

I have a client computer that will not allow me to export a report to any media (excel, pdf, etc). Jaspersoft gives me the options, but when I select a media to export to, I get the proverbial hand with the exclamation point. No error messages occur nor does anything else happen. This only happens on one computer on our network and we can export the same exact report results to excel on any other computer (tested five out of 14). Obviously there is a setting somewhere I am missing, but not sure where it is or where to start.

Any suggestions?

Check the browser and firewall settings of your client machine may be it restrict these options.
