ntjp
Hi, I'm currently using Jasperserver community edition and I have the following issue: I have 1 JRXML file (let's call it "template1") with one parameter (let's call it "parameter1"). I have 3 different reports (let's call them "Report1", "Report2", "Report3") all based on that same "template1" JRXML file. For "Report1", I would like to automatically pass to parameter1 the value "Report1", for "Report2" automatically pass to that same parameter1 the value "Report2" etc...Any way to achieve that goal ?RegardsKarlNote1: The reason why the parameter should be automatically populated is because that parameter doesn't make much sense to the end-user Note2: The reason why I don't want to create 3 slightly different JRXML files, is because I'm already managing a large number of different JRXML files. mgeise
I don't know that this is possible without any differences between the jrxml files. A modification to the default value of the parameter would be necessary to get it to use a particular value without the user selecting a value from an input control.
