fishjd
I can get autodetect to work in the xls output by using the code in the xml file using iReport 3.7.1. <property name="net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.detect.cell.type" value="true"/>But I have not been able to get the autodetect to work with the xlsx output. What is the code or what is the procedure to get autodetect to work in the xlsx output? Does autodetect work in xlsx? Please enlighten me. IMHO I would recommend "detect cell type" default to true for xls and xlsx. Thanks,Post Edited by fishjd at 05/21/2010 14:

iamwoodyjones
I searched the tracker. Is there a ticket for xlsx having autodetect yet?
