Setting max y-axis value on time series graph

 Hi,

 I have a plot of %CPU usage over time (average actually).  The time series x/y graph is find but I would like to fix the max y to be 100% and min to be 0%.  Is there a way to do this? I would think a pretty common need.

It was indeed a common request. The first item in the JasperReports 3.5 Change Log is this:

 

- new min/max expressions available for controlling the displayed values interval for both chart axis;

 

I have not tried it myself. If you get iReport 3.5 it will include JR 3.5. Please post and let us know if it works for you. It would be fantastic if you could post a sample for new users.

We tried upgrading to 3.5 a while back but encountered other types of problems so we rolled back. We were able to make a custom class for this particular problem so I think we're okay for now.
