jcatubay
I'm trying to format my date when I use it in barcode.I want to print '101 10/05/2007 1' in barcode. I use this barcode expression ("101 "+$P{inputdate}+" 1"). My problem is how can I format the date when I print the barcode instead of '101 10/05/2007 1' I have'101 Thu May 10 12:37:47 MDT 2007 1'. How can I change the format?
teodord
Hi, In Java, you format dates using a java.text.DateFormat instance. You just need to read the JavaDoc for java.text.SimpleDateFormat and then use it in your expression. I hope this helps.Teodor
