I have two input parameters,i want report to get generated when both have values or when both are blank.But i want it to throw error whn only one of the input parameter has value and other is blank.Is that possible?

input param 1 is null ,input param 2 is not null :report should not generate.

input param 1 is null ,input param 2 is  null :report should generate.

input param 1 is not  null ,input param 2 is not  null :report should generate.

You could use a report scriptlet to control this behavior.
