The Admin Console is a new console interface/page for JasperReports Server that allows Administrators with detailed views of Schedules and Diagnostic data. Admin Console is only available on JasperReports Server Enterprise Edition and is a beta feature that will not be supported. .

Note: To disable Admin Console, set the value of the availableAdminConsole property as false in the applicationContext.xml.

A New Way to Look at Schedules
This page is accessible to all Admin users as of now.
Apart from the modern look and feel of this page, there’s a lot more you can do with your Schedules now.
- Sort and Filter
- Stay up to date with new schedules with data refresh
- Export your schedules in CSV format
Here’s a real life case of where this will be useful:
Do you want to know what the load on your system will look like at 10 am tomorrow morning?
Filter the “Next Run” field by Date and Time and see the count and list of schedules that will run next at the filtered time!
A New Way to Look at Diagnostics
This page is accessible only to Super Users as of now. The Diagnostics Report can be found in the Repository today and holds a lot of information about the Jaspersoft system.
We have taken a subset of this data and displayed it in a more readable way.
Here is some of the information that Super Users will want quick access to:
- For how long is the license valid?
- What is the Repository Data configuration?
- How big is the repository?
- How many reports were run today?
