[#4036] - Visualize.js results in an error when JavaScript optimizer is true

On Japanese Windows (OS encoding is Shift JIS), JavaScript optimizer seems to garble visualize.js script file. As such, opening a html page results in an error when loading the visualize.js file with JavaScript optimizer set to true. If I turn off JavaScript optimizer, I'm able to load visualize.js file properly and view Visualize.js reports.
Looking at the generated optimized visualize.js file, it contains some garbled text (see attached screenshot). This is probably the cause of the error.
