When I copy something from report "A" (unedited/unchanged) to report "B", not only does B get marked as changes, A gets marked as changed too!
Nothing in A did actually get changed, but because A gets marked as changed, JSS also writes the modification time in the XML. So these files actually get changed on disk.
This is a minor issue, but a pain in the *** when your reports are managed in a git/svn.
