Can not show Chinese in PDF file generated

The jrxml file which can not show Chinese when run the report with PDF format.

Have you tried to use the font extension? I'm not sure that the PDF by default embed some chinese font. If you don't know how the font extension works use this tutorial: http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/custom-font-font-extension. Essentially you can try to use a font extension that for sure has support the chinese charachters and mark it to be embedded on the pdf

Can not reproduce. Works fine. You probably didn't setup your fonts properly. Please post similar questions to the Answers forum first.
