chart wizard doesn't redraw properly

This is about "Edit Chart Wizard" from a Spider Chart. I have not tested it on other chart types (yet).

If you resize the window, the picture and legend for the chart doesn't redraw properly. It's different each time, but I've attached a screenshot showing what happens when the window is made larger.
