  • text field (print when) expression pop up can't be opened

    When trying to edit the expression of a text field, the editor can't be opened. When editing it via properties -> advanced -> expression the content, which is already set, gets deleted and nothing new can be set.

     

    Suppose this is the error:

     

    !ENTRY org.eclipse.ui 4 0 2022-06-27 16:51:55.424

    !MESSAGE Unhandled event loop exception

    !STACK 0

    java.lang.NullPointerException

    at com.jaspersoft.studio.editor.expression.ExpressionContextUtils.getResourceBundle(ExpressionContextUtils.java:243)
