Hi on Ubuntu 18.04, after selecting the Send Above, Send Over options for some object, the full content ofthe Design pane, want to stay for ever above all.
So when I choice Preview, the parameters page is covered by the design pane so I can't control the parameters and also whene I select to Run the report, if the output is Java, the result is covered.

Also when I see the Source Section, the Design Pane want to stay above making a continuous swap between the sections panes
You can see the situation on my picture, but see the video
