    Hi All,

     

    I am using Jasper soft 6.3.1 and jasper server 6.3.

    When I am trying to download docx report from jasper server. After docx report download, when I am trying to open docx report.

     

    Its showing file is corrupted and border's not showing in report.

     

    Its urgent.

     

    Please suggest know, what the solution for this.

     

    EDIT: This issue is happening, when report is having .bmp file to print in ms word 2013.
