Cannot edit List of Values input control

I have an issue where I can't edit my List of Values input controls on the Jasper Server. I get to the "Locate List of Values" screen and when I select "Define a List of Values in the next step" and click next the screen just sits there and appears to be loading, but never proceeds to the next step. This is really impeding me from pushing out this report. Any thoughts?
