Custom Jsp for input control not showing up incase of Job Schedule

Incase of input control, admin can opt to use custom jsp page for input controls.

If a custom jsp page is defined, user will be prompted with this jsp page and not the default page for input controls.

But, if user goes to the Report Job Schedule and goes to Parameters link, it loads the default input control page and not the custom JSP. Due to which user may get confused over the parameters as this is a new page he is looking at. Also, it is not consistent for the application.
