Can not click on link in Recently Viewed Items as user

We have jaspersoft v6.0 and seeing the same issue. When click the Recently Viewed Item report, It does not access the Normal user. But, when logged in with superuser or jasperadmin it works. If we provide the Administrator role to the normal user's profile it also works. We want to know how we can fix it for normal user.

I'm not quite sure if I understand the problem.

I've tried this case on both 6.0 and newest 6.3 JRS Pro and my joeuser (default user with no admin rights, just ROLE_USER role) doesn't seem to have a problem with accessing "Recently Viewed Items" on Home Page.

 

What exactly is the problem? Is list of items is empty for user? User see items but can't click on them? Click doesn't redirect user to reports/adhoc view?
