Date format

The date is not showing right.

I'm working in french and when I run a report from the jasperReports Server, the date is showing like this: 53-02-16 09:53:51 instead of 11-02-16 09:53:51 and it would be better like this: 02-11-16 (dd/mm/yy)

This problem is similar in english, when I run the same report I get this date: 16-53-02 09:53:51 instead of 16-11-02 09:53:51

I have migrated from 6.3 to 7.1 and it is since this update that I have this problem.
