Hi,First of all, you need to understand that JasperReports produces documents that look the same across multiple document formats such as HTML, PDF, DOCX, Excel, ODT, etc.Expanding and collapsing feature would probably be applicable to HTML output only. What would collapse/expand mean in a PDF document?Furthermore, expand/collapse probably makes sense only in non-paginated HTML reports. Otherwise would we have pages shrink when nodes are collapsed?In any case, this feature can be achieved using customization in the application that embeds and displays the HTML output produced by the reporting engine.I hope this helps.Teodor
