When we generate a RTF with JasperReports, the resulted file is OK when opening it with MS Office, but texts are blank viewing it with OpenOffice.org.

Hi,

Since our RTF documents are compliant with the RTF specifications version 1.8 and appear OK in Word, it means OpenOffice does not support this document format very well, so it is they who should do something about it.

If you are interested in viewing report in OpenOffice, I suggest you use the ODT exporter in JasperReports.
