JRSaver doesnt supply encoding

You can avoid this problem by using the JDT-based report compiler (see the FAQ at http://jasperforge.org/uploads/publish/jasperreportswebsite/trunk/faq.html?group_id=252#FAQ22) which does not need to write the class source code into a temp file.

Sorry, forgot about this one. Yes the solution worked perfectly. There was one situation I wasn't sure if I could actually add the required JAR so we've patched this locally.
