pdf print with the dotted line gone

When I use the dotted line for component (i.e static text) and export the pdf file in windows OS ,then print the pdf,it's ok.

But the same report view in the chrome browser with the pdf plugins provied by google,and print it ,then the line has been printed partly even worse it's gone.
