Chart labels and REPORT_LOCALE

Hi,

When we use REPORT_LOCALE to format number in our reports it's works weel except in label grahics.

Indeed, with a barChart, our numbers are not well formatted.

Moreover, with stackedBarChart we can't change font (size and type). When we set the font, the default font are applied and not ours.
