How to avoid pivot table issue while generating report dynamically in excel format

Hi,

I'm trying to generate an excel report dynamically. Title, Column Header and Column Detail everything will be passed dynamically. Able to generate the report in proper format but when i'm trying to do pivot table option in excel, its getting failed due to column gets merged according to columns width which is in detail section. Please provide the solution as soon as possible.
