Improve error handling for the Test for HBase Connection

Even if host does not exist, the error is:

Error: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ZooKeeperConnectionException:

HBase is able to connect to ZooKeeper but the connection closes immediately....
