Copy Input Controls in JasperServer Repository

This is certainly a valid request. But usually when using reports with the same input controls, it's much easier and more maintainable to save the input controls directly into the repository. Then each report links to the input controls. That saves you having to recreate or copy/paste them. It also makes it easier to maintain if you need to modify an input control later.

These Input Controls are already in the Repository. Unless I am missing a feature some place, you still have to manually link each Parameter on the report to an Input Control in the Repository.

 

Which brings up another good Feature Request: The ability to drag/drop and/or copy/paste Input Controls from the Repository into the Reporting Unit.
