Detail too long causes report generation to hang

If a text section is so long that it requires the detail band to be larger than the available space on the page then it can cause the report generation to hang. (Same '.jasper' with also hangs when run directly from Jasper library. The attached example demonstrates the problem.

This can be confusing until the cause of the problem was diagnosed.
