    It would be very helpful to be able to add bands anywhere in a report. For example, I may want to output a different page footer based on some condition. It would be very convenient if I could conditionally display page footer band 1 or page footer band 2 as necessary.

    1)It would be really good if adding a dummy band between page header and column/group/detail bands be possible.2)Maybe some bandtype enumarator might be introduced to JR Engine. After adding a band, you could change band type, so the behaviour. (This might resolve the original request)
