Style add/modify dialog problem with parent style combo

Parent style combo not works properly in the folowing situations:

1) When editing a style that was previously asigned a parent style, the combo has no value or the displayed parent style is not the one that was asigned.

2) When editing a Styles Library style the available parent styles displayed in the parent style combo are the ones defined in the Report Styles not the ones defined in the Styles Library
