Cross tab headers horizontal scrolling browser issue in Chorme and FireFox

Hello Community,
We are working on a cross tabular report that has around 15 row groups and the column group(s) will result more than 50 columns on execution.

We placed some text/static text fileds for labelling purpose in cross tab header.

The cross tab and everything is working fine but the problem is when moving horizontally the headers are not moving with the data part . i.e, horizontal scrolling resulting in static headers in movement but not with data  part. This is happening in Chrome and Mozilla and Safari.

All are latest browsers.

The same is not happening with IE/Edge browser. (latest)
Our client has opted Chrome browser to view the reports in UI and what we understood is its the browser problem but we can't blindly tell the customer that its the problem of browsers with out a genuine reason.

Do anybody come accorss this issue ?  Please share your inputs on this.

Thank you in Advance.

Hi Vasanth,
What I observed was, the cross tab won't show this weired behaviour in IE but what I concluded to close the issue for my client was the problem of java script in chorme or mozilla browsers.

Please test the same in IE and confirm in your enviornment.

Hope it helps you.

Regards,

Sadakar
