Importing a file as a report parameter

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to set up report parameters so that a file can be imported as that parameter.
For example, if one of the sales people wants a report using only a limited set of customer IDs, is it possible to let them do that?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "file". If you just want to filter rows in a database or csv file based on a parameter that's possible.
