I would like to know in detail about the Properties used in Jasper
Like : - net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.font.size.fix.enabled which is used to enable the Font size to remain same as we export to Excel.

Google is your friend. All these properties are documented in the JasperReports documentation, which is maintained separately from the rest of the Jasper documentation. A quick search uncovered this page:
