How to display Text horizontally

For Large text( Example: I am the long and  Big Text )to be displayed we usually  Select "Float:" option and "Stretch with overflow" for a Text Field , when we run the Report the Text will be displayed like this
"I am the Long
and Big Text"

But I want the Text to be displayed in one Line without making the Text Box length bigger , Text should be Dynamically stretched horizontally , so What Properties I have to use to make the Text to be displayed like this
I am the long and  Big Text

Could you please help me out
