Order by with "nulls first" throws error

My Oracle SQL query includes "order by column-name nulls first" .  The Dataset and Query Dialog page displays an error "missing EOF at 'nulls' ".  

The query works fine in iReport 5.6.0.  

Is there a Jaspersoft Studio workaround or fix?
