Speed issues on first load of visualise.js

All,
Has anyone Experienced load time issues when first loading visualise.js on a new machine? When we load it there is some time where the browser appears to be caching the library. is there a min file I can use instead? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have the same issue with the first view.
JasperReports Server is already using optimized js files. Have to think of something else to decrease the initialize display time.
