How to create a new chart(domain, ad hoc and report) via rest API or visualize.js?

Is there any way to create a new bar chart (domain, ad hoc and report) via rest API or visualize.js?

My intention is to create a report through programming.

Please suggest it is possible or not,

Please tell me If possible how?

Visualize.js is currently only available to display reports on JasperReports Server.

There's no api to create adhoc views.

You can check the Web Service document on how to create reports using APIs.
