Ad hoc view hyperlink to external website

How do I go about giving a certain column hyperlink to external website in Ad Hoc views.

I don't think you can with Adhoc Views. If you save it as Adhoc Reports, you'll be able to edit the generated jrxml file and add hyperlinks.
