Subreport Detail Band height on the main Report

Hi, i'm with this problem for like two month and I tried almost everything I read on the forums here and still can't find a solution.

The problem is my subreport can contain from 1 to unlimited registers so I need the detail band on the main report to grow as much as its necessary (so far it works)

the thing is that the detail band below needs to understand that the above has X registers and need to be below the registers and thats what is not working.

I read a lot about the subject and I believe that wouldnt be a problem if I was working with a PDF report, but i need to generate a TXT and the reports just overwrite the lines over one another

I'm using Ireport 5.5.1 to generate the .jasper
Does someone knows how I can fix this report?
