Problems signing up for AWS support

We have a multitenant hourly AWS instance and have been getting errors while trying to sign up for free support. Is there a problem with the registration system?
We tried with the initial splash page on our instance (where the account ID is prefilled) and with the below resource. Both result in an error message 'an error has occurred'.
Any help?

Yes, we got the verification emails. However we were looking for the Jaspersoft Studio Pro which I swear I read somewhere said comes with AWS hourly.

Yes you should be able to download it from the support portal after you registered. If you still have issues ping me and I'll take care of it. It may have happened that since you registered during the glitch something is not correct.
