How to include/exculde columns when exporting the report to pdf or csv

Hi Experts,

I have Customer report which prints Customer Name, DOB, Address in the PDF format.

I need the same report which should print Customer Name, DOB, Address, Document ID, Document type,etc in the csv format.

If the client wants the report in pdf/csv I need to show the above mentioned fields in the respective format.

I am using the Jasper Report Server Pro for the Export functionailty. Is there any way to accomplish the above. 

Your suggestions/answers will help me a lot.
