How to run JETLExpress-r118616-V5.5.1 ?

Hi,

i just downloaded "JETLExpress-r118616-V5.5.1.zip" from http://community.jaspersoft.com/download.
1) Extracted the zip.
2) When i try to run JETLExpress-win32-x86.exe to launch the ETL tool, it is asking for License.

Can anybody help me out to resolve the issue.
How can i get the License? So, that i can start using the components offered with "JETLExpress-r118616-V5.5.1" without any interruptions.

**** Main objective is to work with Redshift components. such as tRedshiftConnection, tRedshiftInput, tRedshiftCommit, etc. ****
