Deselection of the resources search when publishing a report

Hi all, 

there is a command to deselect the search of the resources when I publish a report? 

I would like to do this because when I publish a report with a Resource Bundles, Jasper  spends I lot of time to search the resources.. (almost 1 minute)

Any one can help me?
