Is Jasperserver WS client (jasperserver-common-ws.jar) available in CE

Hi,

we are using JasperServer 3.1.0 Community Edition and currently creating custom GUI reporting application that is using JasperServer WS client (jasperserver-common-ws.jar) for getting and running reports from JasperServer.

Our main concern is if this library is available in CE or we need to switch to the PRO version to be able to use it?

Please if someone knows this or had similar experience let me know so we avoid licencing issues.
