Report element Auto height in Table component detailCell

ReportElement TableComponent detailCell height changing by other detailCell on same row(stretchWithOverflow), I need align textfield vericaly middle  relative to tableComponent detaillCell or align reportElement in detailCell.
 
Settings not working stretchWithOverflow=true;  positionType="Float" stretchType="RelativeToTallestObject"

I have fixed it  changing "RelativeToTallestObjec" - "RelativeToBandHeight"
