Dose Redhat kernel version effect the alignments of jasper report design

hi all,

I am using two backend unix servers to generate a jasper reports using the same design which is designed in ireport.And these servers have two different kernel versions.
but the problem is when im generating a report in one server, outcome is totally fine and when im using the other server,the  report generates but the alignments of the report have changed.
is this caused by the different kernel versions? please help :)

Check the jdk version and fonts. Some environmental variables such as locale also affect the outcome.

i have used same font, design and java versions in both servers
